Paul’s fascination with manipulating images began playfully in his early creative years. In 2015, He launched his Instagram account @paulfuentes_design, where he transformed everyday objects, animals, and food into surreal Pop Art photo collages, all infused with his signature pastel palette.

After an inspiring trip to Palm Springs, Paul and Ilse returned home full of new ideas, leading to the creation of @paulfuentes_photo in 2018 and the natural evolution into travel-focused fine art. Maintaining his distinctive twist, Paul began placing elements and animals into real, iconic destinations. His scenes (often featuring tigers, cheetahs, and other unexpected guests lounging poolside) are built from photographs, carefully composed and refined through detailed post-production.

The final artworks form a distinctive body of luxury wall art that continues to resonate with collectors, interior designers, and galleries worldwide. Alongside prints and limited edition releases, Paul Fuentes Design also licenses its fine art photography for selected brand and commercial collaborations.
